Use this form to anonymously or identify, report facts related to corruption or fraud within the scope of A1 Algarve Luxury Real Estate activity.

 

Law 93/2021 establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law.

To this end, the A1 Algarve Luxury Real Estate website provides this whistleblowing channel guaranteeing the confidentiality and anonymity of the whistleblower.

This whistleblowing channel is intended exclusively for reports of acts of corruption, violations, threats or situations harmful to the public interest of which the whistleblower is aware, committed by officials or agents performing duties at the A1 Algarve Luxury Real Estate agency.

The complaint will be analyzed in the context of the A1 Algarve Luxury Real Estate duties. After a preliminary analysis of the complaint, the A1 Algarve Luxury Real Estate agency may, of its own motion, forward it to the authority competent to assess it, and the complainant will be notified of this.

Please note that if the complaint is anonymous, we will not be able to request further clarification, which could jeopardize the outcome of the investigation.
