Quinta Verde is a small resort between Almancil and Quinta do Lago with approximately 50 detached luxury villas. All villas are located on well-sized plots There is no reception but 24/7 security service. The security service IBC has its centre in the resort as well as a very well equipped gym.No communal pool.
Community charges are 3.452€ per annum for a 4-bedroom villa and the public areas and infrastructure are maintained by Infraquinta.
Asking prices for villas range between 1.75m€ and 2.85m€ for the villas which have been built by the same company to a high quality. Building plots start around 1.2m€, but the choice is not big. Planning is governed by the Council of Loulé.
