This Urbanisation (not gated resort) is located between Vale do Garrão and Quinta do Lago. The building is very dense here and the plots are rather small while the villas tend to be quite large. There are no condominium charges and the public areas and infrastructure are maintained by Infraquinta. There is also no reception. If you wish to rent, you have to find a private rental & maintenance company as well as your own security company. No communal pool.
There are approximately 200 villas and 40 townhouses. Asking prices for villas range between 950.000€ and 1.7m€ for the villas and 550.000€ for a 3-bedroom townhouse.
